The Organizing Committee for Flushing Poetry Festival is an 509 (a) (2) public charity registered in New York State, approved by Department of Treasury under the Internal Revenue Code Section 501 (c) (3) . Generous Donations from institutions and individuals are welcome for the course of promoting Chinese American culture. Donations can be tax deductible  and official certificate for donations will be issued by the committee before each tax return season.
